re: Ann: Completion of Retail Component of En... FKP management have proved their loyalty and its not to retail shareholders. The fact that they scaled back the retail offer, but still gave 35 million at $0.20 is disgraceful.
IMO management should be putting a statement out as to why they are doing Goldman such a great favour. If management came out and said Goldman are going to waive some of the underwriting fees for taking this allotment or that they are going to drop the fees on the potential split up of the company, then I might be a slight bit forgiving.
With these sort of practices management will probably have some issues moving forward under the two strike policy.
