    I wouldn't mind so much, except that the raise was conducted at $1.30, which is an obscene discount to NTA.

    I bought in at $1.90 after the raise, so I shall capture some of the upside, but I have been short-changed.

    After having already conducted one CR due to mismanagement of debt and written down assets by $500MM, management has treated shareholders with complete contempt in this latest fiasco.
