Management should make public the reasons for its decision and if not then we should be in position to force it to do so.This is so because management must conduct the affairs of our company in a fair, no secretive and non-discriminatory way.
One possibility is that there were not enough applications to cover the shortfall, but if that were the case I see no reason for management's silence.
One way that we can force them to act is by going to the press stating that retails investors are unhappy with the way that the CR was conducted and to explain why.
