I called the company and spoke to Lisa Godfrey's offsider.

Like you I thought I got 100% of my allocation until I read the last paragraph. I couldn't figure out how there could be a shortfall on additional shares and still be refunds (and I applied for $100k worth).

The lady I spoke to confirmed that they had scaled back allocations on the additional shares yet still gave GS 2m shares. Basically a $1.6m free kick for the underwriter for doing nothing.

I told her that I thought it was an absolute disgrace but she was only passing on the message.
