My conundrum is what happens to Voting rights of the Bidder in a TO? Are they void or do they go by proxy to the Chairman?
So in the case of MIN launching a TO bid, would MIN voting rights go by proxy to CE as Chairman?
Who is entitled to vote as his holding in MIN is below the threshold that is considered a conflict of interest.
I'm hopeful there will be no TO, but this is the most intriguing way I have seen someone completely squirrel grip a company without a TO.
