Your thinking short term. They might want to get it sooner rather than later due to current LI prices but anyone who can see through the short term can see that potentially Delta has a huge monster supply with the sites they have. Let's not forget the gold they have too. If this company is not worth $630million on what we know so far i'd be amazed and confused. Anyone who would accept less than that is crazy IMO. Min can't vote on their own takeover offer if / when it comes
