Agree with your analysis on less labour cost pressures , but Would have thought house prices would have been going down in WA not hitting records , ie Yangebup houses are still rocketing to record prices .
The rise in value of smaller explorers like WA8 is nice to see , although as you allude much is to do with the people managing these small companies having skill sets in not just exploration but also in corporate management .
Its the lack of that corporate skill set that I have not appreciated enough and has caused grief with many of my investments counting 16 of them in the last 3 years !
