For anyone speculating, or feeling negative about the number of shares outstanding, don't let it even cross your minds. It's not like those retail shareholders passed on their entitlement, because they know something, they don't. For instance, I have a mate, who is totally "set and forget" he didn't even know about the entitlement until I told him. Sadly, he most likely missed the cut-off from simply being too busy or just downright does not care. As crazy as it sounds here, these people exist and there are plenty of them.
