It can be difficult for retail holders to find, in some cases, significant sums of money on short notice. It doesn't always make sense to sell and buy for tax reasons.
I think the retail take up of the SPP is extremely good, and above expectations. Only 4.4m shares to the underwriters. Excellent result.
