Fully funded and fully subscribed (in my books anyway). VNL has had enough time to restructure itself and the recent 2-3x SP increase that has held up reflects their efforts.

Now that the raise is behind us (at a satisfyingly much higher price than previous raises!) VNL is on the cusp of a much larger break out and awareness to the greater market. They have finally shaken off the multi-year SP lows, figured out the kinks to their most recent acquisitions and have an opportunity to convince new lower risk investors that they mean business!
