Hey Brock, they will issue the shortfall to all who applied based proportionally to your holding on the closing date.
1:8 was to issue 26,354,817 new retail shares, but only about half of these were applied for. Assuming everyone who applied for their entitlement also applied for shortfall (which we know is a massive over-estimation, and isn't the case at all), then to make up the unsubscribed other half, everyone would of gotten an extra 1:8 of their pre-raise holdings - totalling 1:4.
As not everyone applied for shortfall the amount you'll receive will be more than an extra 1:8 of your pre-raise holding.

@mickmac52, you might not quite see 20x your initial holding, but at least you'll be getting more than double you thought you might get (bloody good optimism though). Can't complain about a bonus of cheap shares.
