Sorry but the business is trading at a such a low earnings PE multiple currently that anything below 90c is silly. Their core services (telecom, utilities and now transport from Lendlease Services isn't going anywhere) This is not a coal mining company!
I'm happy to put money in sub 90c, but sometimes I wonder why markets can be so inefficient - could it be fear, a boring industry or just low energy analysts?
