Retail shareholders haven't even been allocated with the shares yet so unless they risk pre-selling from their existing portfolio for a razor thin margin, any sell-off activity is yet to come. Also, as the offer was about 35% to institutions, a large chunk of the pool is to Retail shareholders yet to be allocated.

Not sure retail would take up the offer to immediately resell given the paper thin margins or potential loss from a share dump.
