It's somewhat encouraging that Carly's major shareholders are still (for some reason) happy to continue funding the current management team. Great that they have money to continue growth but again quite disappointing that they have opted for an entitlement offer + perth broker.
They need a broader investor audience - existing shareholders do not buy shares on market, new retail shareholders do!
Their attempt at this - RaaS. An interesting choice - Raas = Research as a service - they receive a $10-$15k fee from the company and produce 'unbiased' research in return... That $10-15k would have better spent road-showing the company!
I've been a shareholder for a while and continue to be frustrated at how ineffectively the current management engage the market and act as a listed company. If you are reading this - please find some new NEDs that know how to market a small cap or implore your large shareholders to take the company private. Clearly your current market engagement strategy isn't working!
