You should have received an email with a link to your Entitlement and Acceptance form via Atomic. The easiest way to accept is to pay the amount via BPAY using the reference number on the form. If you take up your full entitlement you can also subscribe for additional short fall shares by paying the corresponding amount equal to the number of additional shares you want. If there is a short fall you will get the additional allocation of shares requested or a scaled back number if short fall is oversubscribed. If you are not successful getting the requested short fall amount the balance of the money paid will be returned to you.

Options work the same way for exercise of the option you hold. You can’t really subscribe for short fall shares under an option plan. Some times a company will underwrite an option plan to cover any lapsed options. An option will lapse if not exercised by the due date.
