I predict almost every 22 Billion shares will not wanting to be held prior to this costly restructure. Those that are silly enough to hold will end up on massive losses after a restructure. As 88 don’t do enough in a year to maintain a post consolidated SP. Plus doesn’t effect board as hold really no shares.
As for aligning with PANR I see no point of PANR being bothered to do this. If I was PANR I would wait for 88 to restructure and pick 88 up for nothing imo.
