Brought some more OB's during the week for 2c each. If the SP gets to 40c thats 20 times on my initial outlay.
ATM I could also but 4 OB shares for each head allowing me to hold a greater number of shares. Obviously I would need to come up with the extra 14c for the OB's in Nov. 2013 but on my intial outlay the returns are looking good.
With the heads and an SP of 40c it would be 5 times on the initial outlay.
Are my calculation right or have I missed something. It seems to me if you have confidence in the stock than the options are the way to go.
The risk is if the project stalls then the options are not a fluid.
