Market is reading something here, as BCB has underperformed (-20%) in the past month versus relative strength across most other sector peers (SMR +9%, CRN and WHC +13-14% and YAL +19%). If the quarterly comes through OK I might punt a bit here.

Geez I hope I am wrong here, (and please correct me if I am), but the last quarterly stated the Taurus debt at USD$44M drawn against facility of USD$51m, yet as of this transaction, they are using USD$7M to take us back to USD$44M. Ouch.
