A very, very good result because they've locked in the July 2023 price which was valuing BME around $130M (less whatever the extra royalty amounts to) versus a current market cap for the whole company of just $160M. However of the $13M received they're having to drop $10.3M of this straight into paying off debt which shows how constrained the covenants must be getting.
