The debt they have cleared with the proceeds, is that debt related to Tilt only? Or have they just cleared the total debt of IFT using these proceeds?
if they are now debt free, with 965 million in the bank, on top of whatever other capital they had there already, they are set well and truly in a strong position... with their current companies under control and there now strengthened borrowing power I'm getting very excited.
If this is the case I will be investing more in IFT.
