    Yep it all comes down to the terms of the debt, cost of carrying it versus fees to pay it out and/or take out a new facility.

    I think IFT have shown a willingness to take up debt when required to expand the portfolio & maintain a healthy cash buffer and I’m sure they will go down that path again once they have identified what they are going after and how they intend to finance it.
