My sense is that Perich's $200m cash injection is the bare minimum for it to continue. Company will really struggle if nil Notes subscription. If its receives the full subscription c. $60m, there will be massive dilution. A rock and a hard place for minorities. Perhaps a happy medium for minorities is a $40m subscription. Praying for more (overseas) investors to pile in on the Notes.
