    If it is the intent of GF to sell out, the best way to achieve that would be to either get TSI revalued so that NTA is maximized for the buyback price or alternatively, sell off the 25% of TSI to either the 75% VC group or another party at a much higher valuation than current. If that doesnt maximize value for us, then keep TSI holding until it can be sold, but at least give us back the maximum proceeds and franking credits so that we can decide how to deploy funds. I am not in favour of any new businesses being bought. Agree with earlier comments, the board changes dont amount to any change, they are all still there. 249 needs to include a couple of motions for board to agree to maximize shareholder value by returning funds, getting an external valuation of TSI and divesting.
