A) 5GN downsize to 70 FTE to forecast 25% - 32% EBITDA
B) 5GN Acquire YOLA & other Domain resellers to then announce a larger sale to a domain registrar such as WCG & Oakely Capital Group
C) 5GN just announce a dividend commitment of $0.17 to be rewarded in 12 months from now
