That's a nice little extra that I was unaware of
If we use the figure of $7m of cash they are attempting to raise plus the $1.85m of shares issued to existing AXE holders..
That would value the new company at $8.85M based on a 20 cent listing value...
5% of that = $442,500 to add to AXE kitty....
So I await the resident AXE knockers to come and tell us where not getting a fair value for the sale of our mining assets.....lol
