Objectively , is it frees up some more cash for drilling at targets within a reasonable transport distance from their current mill , rather than drilling targets that are 100s of kms away at Glenburgh ie not within truckable distance from the mill
just like in farming , The farm next door is always worth more to the farmer than the farm far away .
Quantifiably we are trading now far below NPV 8 which just potentially increased again because of this but would not have if we had retained Glenburgh outright
