just like in farming , The farm next door is always worth more to the farmer than the farm far away .

Quantifiably we are trading now far below NPV 8 which just potentially increased again because of this but would not have if we had retained Glenburgh outright

Totally disagree.
If i personally owned both projects
i would not have sold Glenburgh.
not in a million years.
Its a short sighted decision to sell.
The amount of money obtained would not warrant selling.
