Great news: my understanding is that Engel would have now paid the first payment, which was due on completion, of $3m.
2 further tranches totalling $4m to come, subject to satisfaction of milestones, plus a contingent milestone, and royalties.
The Company seems well positioned and funded to progress its scoping study and beyond.
