Basically, it is the market not fully valuing the fundamental value of this company.
If you could take over the entire company at the current share price, you could wind it up and collect the difference between the current market cap and the cash coming into the company's accounts to fulfil the contract already agreed to. A not insignificant sum.
Sadly, I do not have that kind of money to buy a substantial shareholding or make a takeover offer.
