Not convinced we will see too much . The announcement itself is an odd one. Big headline - Completion of Share Sale - but in the announcement lists out a number of condition precedents and regulatory hurdles .
Even if these are minor - it is still an odd time to make the announcement . Why not wait until all the hurdles are out of the way and announce an actual sale ?? Why after all the delays, do they rush to announce the completion that isn't really a completion ?
I reckon they think they can "play" minority holders - by making a quick low ball offer and con people into selling out cheap . Don't think so Z !
