Part of me thinks the sell off to 6.5c is the directors exercising their options and selling to recoup their cash on the recent, earlier than anticipated, exercise of options at 6.5c. I wouldn't think there was a capital raise coming up and I think the most recent Cronimet and Oaktree proposed issuances being at 9c wouldn't have been done if they thought there was going to be more capital raised at lower amounts.
