Surprisingly underwhelming result, it looks like only $741k was raised from 70 existing shareholders (13% of those eligible for the SPP) averaging barely $10k a pop, with $150k going to shortfall subscribers, possibly clients of Blue Ocean Equities? It doesn't look like their analyst report managed to generate much excitement despite the heroic target price of $3.94...
It would have been nice to have some new shareholders and more stock floating around providing some additional liquidity in ATR, looks like we will have to wait for the revised DFS to land in 1Q/2023 for the next rerating opportunity. Then it's only a matter of finding off-takers and $400m in capital funding to move on to FID...GLTAH!
