The game is afoot.
There has been some very aggressive buying each of the past few days. Today was a good example, buying all day and obviously one large order at the VWAP (1.975 today). Someone is slowly collecting a holding that makes them the main player in whatever contest is to come.
As Somme said, over 7% traded today so i would think that a substantial shareholder notice is due on Monday.
I'm guessing Public Storage, only because they were the highest bidder pre-pandemic. With the Fed quasi-underwriting the debt of US companies, low interest rates for at least the next few years and the most synergies, they have the most to gain.
The others all have good reasons to buy too, so could be anyone.
Glad I held on and topped up in the SPP...
