Current holders (myself included) are unlikely to be stumping up anymore money in any further CR's at these deflated prices, nor approving any more bonus shares at a ridiculous strike price that basically amounts to rewarding mediocre performance.
Get your sh%$ together and do deals.
... and if you cant - take a very big pay cut to you can.
