As the Vote was open prior to SPP allocation, it can be assumed that it also open to 708s? The vote is time dependant, and the holding totals of some folk will vary. So some 708s have already voted [via form or LINK e-Form] and subsequently sold. I assume that the holding vote would fall on the census date ie. EGM 28th May [but frozen at 11:30 Sunday 26th May]. Thus 708s that have already ditched their rights at sub Placement Price, just to retain Oppies, may end up with significant losses - if Oppies are voted down. OK, I do not see Oppies being voted down as common sense will prevail.
Oh and Yes. Ewan did inadvertently refer to the EGM as an AGM par.4 26/04/24 notice - if the rabid Pitchfolk and Torchère committee want to Lawyer up, FFS.
