Thanks for the clarification Blackcap. As to whether I take up this offer its really now in the hands of the board. I see right now the only reason to do so is to keep trudging along to make the hole in the ground bigger and there's a gazillion better use of my cash so for that reason I am out.

Its very simple now, convince me why I should go in on this offer. Anyone, the board, shareholders, the guy taking up this offer even the cat looking at me from the neighbors window. Anyone.
