The market didn't like the placement. Are TTC actually short of cash? Surely they couldn't have blown that much in the past 6 months. Are they getting a preferred shareholder onto the registry - definitely appeared to pay a pretty decent price for the shares, if he was a mate.
It doesn't make sense!
