more than likely coming from the internal operators with a plan being to keep the listing alive whist they do a consolidation and look for another story to revamp once again this shareholders nightmare!
It just lurches from one fairy tale to the next.
It really is murky- recently they were doing a major consolidation- that was cancelled. Then they announced a CR to existing shareholders and that was cancelled without notice.
Now they announce a sophisticated investor providing $400k for a company with 2 apps and virtually no revenue.
........and who is going to get totally shafted once again in this ongoing recycling process, those poor buggers (shareholders)that invested their hard earned over the years and trusted their word and management skills.
