    A dividend from paid capital??? Better off with a return of shareholders funds or a buyback since they are sitting on undeployed funds. Or deploy the funds as part of their strategy whatever that appears to be....water, magical fairy dust, cloud dairy, some mythical chinese medicine or the elixir of life.
