    Agreed at a minimum should offer a SPP
    (But then you've got to balance cost of running it when MCap is so small)

    Share price has been at 4c recently, albeit not trading much.

    TPM/Voda I see as good for FRX as medium term likely to reduce competition on the mobile space.
