My initial thoughts were that Teko might be looking to set up a distribution channel here via a bd listing. Looking at their products more closely it looks like the ADRC tech might be a good build-in into their products. It's possible that this may just be an IP grab.
What's the saying; At first I was uncertain, but now I'm not sure.
