I think the two JORCs on Milo is very cleaver, We can understand cu and its recovery process but I would think the REE recoveries will be more complex yet a lot more valuable.
I wouldnot get too concerned about only 15% takeup in the SPP, If the board wanted a better result I would have thought a lot more effort in getting broker support or even an update from RM Research would have been done. I think the Board have decided to offer the shareholders a little bonus at offerring at 5c before the real value of Milo is worked out.
