Surely only holders who haven't been in a SPP are confused.
The same thing happened last time, 10min of searching at most would have shown this from company announcements if a new holder wasn't around for that last one.
Cheques were sent last time as well...no surprise there.
Someone on hotcopper even called and confirmed with the placement company that returns were cheque only.
I assume that took them under 5min.
I wonder why retail holders aren't treated like sophs...hmmmmmmmmm
