I'm not surprised at the scale back. The share price has now run well past the issue price and the company would be doing no good service to itself by issuing more shares now than it has to at $5.80. The instos would be very unhappy if they did that. The perverse thing is, at 11 x over subscribed, and a current price north of $8.50 we all would have been better off putting +$5k into them by buying on market on announcement of the SPP rather than participate in the SPP and put $15k on the table as a sign of support and good faith to actually help the company out.
