This a very good sign that we managed to raise the full amount.

We need to remember that cash is very tight and the SPP was to eligible holders, the norm with SPP's is the eligible holders sell some of their holdings to free up $$ to participate in the SPP, therefore most soph investors don't like SPP's as this means the SP stays close to CR level for some time.....in KNL's case there just wasn't enough volume after the cut off date, so it means almost everyone who participated did so by increasing their holding...and YES, apparently all Directors participated and all bar one took up their full entitlement...but this is unconfirmed and we should get official confirmation once new shares are issued.
