really is laughable... the people who put money into this (about 0.001% of the total market cap) probably had no idea of Z1P's current market cap and thought $3.70 was a bargain... mean while the other 99.99% of shareholders were a bit more awake to the realities. So they have over $8m less to play with than they hoped (ie fell short by over 10% of what they were hoping to raise) and the insto's are feeling ripped off that they paid to much... shown by westpac who chose to take up virtually no new shares despite them no doubt being offered a truck load.
Interesting times.
