Could impact short term while businesses assess what it means but they still need staff, in addition the ruling may still be challenged. Could result in changes to employment models but sourcing still needs to occur.
This issue has been around for a while now, albeit it was thought contract changes would mitigate, so would imagine a company like PPE would already have noted as a risk and thought about options to adjust.
