You misunderstand. I had 200k on the sidelines ready to buy. I chose to buy off market. if I knew it were proportionate I would have bought all 200k to maximise my SPP offer.
I'm not getting 14k profit as a result. Thats my loss as a result of this. Class action implies 5000 other shareholders could be in the same position. You do the math.
