From recent announcements, 12.4M new shares were/will be issued in both the institutional and SPP raisings on a previous base of 54.9M shares. That represents an 18.4% dilution (on the total new share capital) for anybody who did not get any new shares, and a 22.6% increase in new shares issued. So, I will think it fair if all applicants get 22.6% of the shares we held pre-raisings, so that we don't get diluted. Anything less will be unsatisfactory. We will soon see.
