Thanks for the reassurance Mr_C. I totally agree with most of what you say. In the past I have expressed many times a similar viewpoint. I have no idea about takeover laws and can only hope you are right in that respect. If so, my original investment strategy will come to pass (win or lose).
However, I assume that if an offer was made it could be accepted under the attainment of the lawful provisions. In view of the constantly manipulated trading and the dramatic change in the composition of the register I still cannot rule out a takeover at what I would consider low ball. [i.e. anything under $4, which btw I would not vote in favour of.
